The Coordinator of Professional Development (CPD) will work to improve and sustain teacher effectiveness, teacher retention and teacher leadership in order to increase learning for all scholars at a GPS school. The CPD is responsible for coordinating and implementing high impact professional learning across the GPS network. Professional development is aligned to network priorities and GPS’ academic cornerstones.

The Director of Alder Teacher Residency will work to create a talent pipeline
of passionate, skilled teacher residents who will become our next
generation of teachers. The Director is responsible for serving as the Alder
GSE Partner Director of Teacher Residency, who is responsible for the
oversight and execution of the GPS/Alder GSE Teacher Residency Program.
This role includes seminar instruction as well as individual coaching to
support and create an excellent pipeline of teachers.

Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and maintain the company’s data center, infrastructure, and assets used across the enterprise including but not limited to servers, networks, firewalls, switches and point-of-sale system
Provide engineer-level support for the company’s data centers, networks, telecommunications, systems and commercially-off-the-shelf and custom develop applications
Maintain services and ensure availability, reliability, security, latency and overall health of the company’s information systems
Provide capacity planning, change management and emergency response to enterprise-wide issues

The Payroll Specialist works with our vendors and HR Director to ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll as well as other tasks related to payroll and compensation.
