Midwest Family Ski Resorts (MFSR) is looking for an experienced industry leader to assist, write and execute the day to day email and website operations of its three resorts properties Granite Peak, Wisconsin; Lutsen Mountains, Minnesota, and the newest member of the family - Snowriver Mountain Resort (formally known as Big Snow Resort) in the upper peninsula of Michigan
Collectively the trio make up three of the largest ski areas in the Midwest. Day to day responsibilities include writing and collecting content for email campaigns and maintaining the websites of SkiGranitePeak.com; Lutsen.com; and SnowriverResort.com.

Requirements:
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain website content that is current, concise and consistent with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
Implement website content updates as requested by MFSR Chief Marketing Officer or other supervisors throughout the various business units.
Perform seasonal content audits and updates.
Collaborate with web developers, creative agencies, and other external partners to optimize website functionality and ease of use for visitors.
Assist point of sale system administrators with display of online products in ecommerce platforms.
Assist with implementation of overall advertising buy through updated copy and asset management.
Write weekly newsletters based on marketing calendar and use analytics and reporting platforms to track campaign metrics.
Proofreads content for clarity, grammar and spelling.
Analyze relevant metrics and campaign results to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate decision-making

Assist the President and Owner in all areas
Contribute as member of cross-company management team
Reinforce and support sales, marketing and public relations efforts
Responsible for maintaining product and service quality to ensure profitable operations and high guest, owners and employee satisfaction
Provide overall direction, coordination and leadership for departments at this resort in alignment with cross-company management team efforts
