Onboarding Specialist
The Onboarding Specialist at plays a critical role to ensure the client’s journey to becoming a fully operational client is seamless and welcoming. While the Onboarding Specialist will lead many client-facing interactions, they will also engage with other resources across, such as the sales team, development team, customer support, and other subject matter experts, to remove obstacles and accelerate the path to client success. The responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialist include gathering the necessary information to open their digital wallet, building the white labeled ecosystem, scheduling and complete training to familiarize them with the digital payment platform to ensure a successful experience.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Gathering all company information and paperwork necessary to onboard
• Welcoming and introducing new clients to
• Helping answer any questions clients may have to becoming a successful client
• Scheduling demos and training with the clients

Account Executive
What You Will Do
We are looking for an Account Executive who will build meaningful relationships with new and current clients and drive Pippin’s long-term sales growth strategy. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to 1) identify, qualify, and close leads and 2) ensure the long-term success of our client relationships.

What You Bring

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot)
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Google Suite of applications
