While the paymints.io Onboarding Specialist will lead many client-facing interactions, they will also engage with other resources across paymints.io, such as the sales team, development team, customer support, and other subject matter experts, to remove obstacles and accelerate the path to client success. The responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialist include gathering the necessary information to open their digital wallet, building the white labeled ecosystem, scheduling and complete training to familiarize them with the paymints.io digital payment platform to ensure a successful experience.
Additional responsibilities include: • Gathering all company information and paperwork necessary to onboard • Welcoming and introducing new clients to paymints.io • Helping answer any questions clients may have to becoming a successful client • Scheduling demos and training with the clients
