Global Engagement Project Manager

The International Engagement Team works on behalf of the Provost's Office provides shared infrastructure and guiding policies for education abroad and other university-related international travel for our faculty, staff members, and students. The Project Manager is responsible for a variety of strategic activities and changing projects, including developing and maintaining international travel resources; coordinating campus-wide networks and working groups; and ensuring that our travelers are prepared for success with pre- departure orientation, health and safety planning, and cultural adjustment. This individual works with key faculty and staff stakeholders to support U-M academic units and student travelers and contributing to the broader vice provost for engaged learning (VPEL) projects. This position requires a high level of independence and the ability to manage multiple projects that involve diverse constituencies.
