The Executive Director of Missourians for Responsible Transportation (MRT) organizes statewide transportation advocacy efforts built on partnerships with state, county, and city governments, local community organizations, and individual community champions.

The Administrative Director assists the Executive Director in maintaining daily operations of the school, including but not limited to the management of student and employee files and ensuring licensing regulations are met. This position reports to the Executive Director and handles a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is capable of multitasking and managing critical functions such as staff scheduling, timesheet approval, tour scheduling, vendor management, and report creation for state licensing and related programs.

Along with technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess strong organization skills and self-motivation. The ability to positively and effectively communicate with staff, parents, and students is a must. Early childhood education experience, especially within the Montessori framework, is a plus, but not a requirement. Candidate must be comfortable working with children, as classroom assistance is required.
