VETMotorsports Peer Leadership Positions

VETMotorsports seeks qualified volunteers to run operations under the direction of regional operating officers in the following locations:
Las Vegas & Reno, NV
Northern California

This is a combination of active work, which will involve event preparations and setup and breakdown. May require lifting 25 pounds or more, opening boxes or packages, and setting up tables, chairs, displays, and event equipment. The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing and speaking abilities, and color perception.
The position involves contact with veterans, sanctioning body staff, volunteers, and the public. Sound judgment and discretion are required. Volunteers must be able to relate well to individuals with a variety of backgrounds and positively represent the VETMotorsports in these contacts.

VETMotorsports Woman Veteran on Track Mentorship

VETMotorsports seeks qualified woman volunteers to coordinate North American operations with our Chief Operating Officer.
This is a combination of active work, which will involve event preparations and setup and breakdowns. May require lifting 25 pounds or more, opening boxes or packages, and setting up tables, chairs, displays, and event equipment. The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing and speaking abilities, and color perception.
Working Conditions: Volunteers will generally work outside with no known exposure to environmental hazards. This position involves the use of general office equipment and event equipment ie: tables, chairs, displays, and other event support items. Work may require evening and weekend hours consistent with the event and activities schedule. Noise levels may, at times require normal hearing protection in the form of earplugs.
Contact with Others: The position involves contact with veterans, sanctioning body staff, volunteers, and the public. Sound judgment and discretion are required. Volunteers must be able to relate well to individuals with a variety of backgrounds and positively represent the VETMotorsports in these contacts.

VETMotorsports National Veteran & Military Affairs Liaison
VETMotorsports
Responsible for promoting VETMotorsports events and updating veteran service organizations at the regional, local, and statewide level about engagement opportunities. Acts as a liaison with federal, state, and local agencies/community organizations; acts as liaison with city, county, township, state and federal officials; developing an outreach plan for all outreach staff in relation to work with veterans and represents VETMotorsports at local events and meetings; and other duties as assigned.
This is a volunteer position.

Content Coordinator/Manager

The Content Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating content development, review and distribution across online channels including websites and social media platforms, and monitoring web traffic and metrics to inform content decision-making.
