-Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the AbilityOne Program and actively engaging in ongoing regulatory proceedings, both directly and through SourceAmerica
-Ensures operational compliance with the laws, regulations and procedures required by funding, licensing and/or certifying entities; maintains strong working knowledge of all such requirements
-Actively collaborate with other non-profit agencies (NPAs)
-Participates as a member of the Agency's Management and Executive Teams
-Assures compliance with all Agency policies and procedures related to sexual harassment and discrimination, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Agency Human Rights plan
