The Assistant Director provides leadership and management to a skilled team and independently completes financial aid duties with a high level of efficiency and accuracy. This position has responsibility to oversee federal and state aid programs in line with regulatory guidelines and institutional policies and procedures. The Assistant Director supervises financial aid staff and interacts with students and faculty. In the absence of the Executive Director, this position may serve as acting Director. Strong technical skills and problem-solving are critical for this position.
