Versova Management - Willamette Farms The Farm Compliance Manager oversees all programs involving biosecurity, animal health and welfare, manure management, water quality, environmental compliance and pest control for... all locations that house layer and pullet flocks owned and managed by Willamette Egg Farms, LLC. This position will be based out of Canby, OR or Moses Lake, WA and oversees one direct report. This position works closely with the site managers, Business Unit Leaders, flock services, Corporate Veterinarian, and other members of the compliance team. The Farm Compliance Manager has a direct responsibility to understand and guide the entire operation in the FDA Egg Rule and all regulations/standards from FDA, NPIP, UEP, AHC, state regulatory departments, our customers and more. Overall, this manager is responsible for ensuring that activities carried out at the sites are in line with and follow our biosecurity, welfare, environmental and other various compliance protocol in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our hens.
