Marketing + Membership Senior Program Director

Under the guidance of the Regional Vice President of Operations/Healthy Living, the Marketing + Membership Senior Program Director is responsible for promoting and cultivating relationships with members and the community to further the YMCA mission, increase program participation, and member involvement in YMCA activities. This person will intentionally foster a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined while building the community’s understanding of the YMCA’s cause and impact through development and implementation of effective marketing and communication strategies.
VP of Finance/Controller
Under the supervision of the President/CEO and in harmony with the mission and purpose of the established policies and goals of the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas, the VP of Finance/Controller position has primary day-to-day responsibility for financial management, external and internal financial reporting, internal control, and grant compliance oversight for the Association, ensuring that legal and audit requirements are met, and that best practices and maximum efficiency are obtained. This role requires the ability to think both creatively and analytically. You are responsible for producing & publishing content, copywriting, editing, proofreading, formulating content strategies, and collaborating across all enterprise departments to strengthen the Y’s brand identity and voice. Your innovative approach will be enforced by industry knowledge, data analytics, and creative storytelling techniques that help build an engaged online presence.

You will also support the enterprise’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and the core character values of the YMCA. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Marketing you will partner closely with other senior leaders throughout the enterprise to achieve outcomes.

Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 per year, depending on experience
Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The Y seeks a talented, organized professional to help advance the mission of the organization through the creation and delivery of clear and compelling communications. Ideal candidate should be proficient in the field of social media, have experience in video production/photography, have knowledge/experience in digital marketing and graphic design, and should be able to navigate Microsoft Windows programs with experience in the Adobe Creative Suite and Windows Office products. Strong research skills are also important to understand evolving trends within the market and any leads which should be developed.

This position supports the work of YMCA of the Rockies - Snow Mountain Ranch, which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center, serving more than 50,000 guests annually. The Marketing Manager - Snow Mountain Ranch is primarily responsible for marketing support for projects that promote the growth of the Association; works as a team member to support the Snow Mountain Ranch brand; is responsible for meeting YMCA of the Rockies’ Marketing & Communications goals and for the design and execution of all Snow Mountain Ranch marketing materials. The Marketing Manager - Snow Mountain Ranch also functions as part of the Association Crisis Communications.
