Job Description
The College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri-St. Louis seeks to fill a full-time, tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor for Fall 2024.
This position intends to address staffing needs in the Global Leadership and Management Department and requires strong research potential and a commitment to teaching. We seek candidates conducting Organizational Behavior and International Management research. Additional areas of expertise will be considered including Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, or other related Management areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate/graduate Management courses, engage in scholarly research/professional activities sufficient to establish and maintain AACSB qualifications, and provide service to the department, college, and university.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates for appointment at the Assistant/Associate Professor level must have completed an earned doctorate in Management from an AACSB-accredited program by the start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should have a strong desire for teaching, established scholarly productivity or potential for establishing and maintaining scholarly activities and service.
While candidates in all areas of Management will be considered, preference will be given to applicants with experience, coursework, credentials, etc. in the areas of 1) Entrepreneurship or 2) Human Resource Information Systems.
