As a Licensed Therapist at Bowen Center, you bring your fiery passion for people to the forefront as you support patients on their total health journey from intake to graduation. DCS Service Manager
Otis R Bowen Center
The DCS Services Manager will be responsible for tracking referral data and processing key information, facilitate requests for DCS Local Liaisons across all counties, provide coverage to the DCS Local Liaisons and the DCS Services Director, maintain accurate data measures and reports per DCS state standards, facilitate meetings in the absence of the DCS Services Director, monitor service outcomes, facilitates requests regarding billing issues tied to DCS referred clients, and to assist DCS Services Director with various tasks.



Maintain and promote a professional work atmosphere through positive behavior and communication with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors, and DCS Staff.
Works conscientiously to move consumers to less restrictive levels of care as soon as possible.
Works to eliminate barriers to consumer access to necessary care.
Evaluates medical necessity of consumers’ participation in current level of care.
On-Call 24/7 for DCS related crisis calls and emergency referrals
Maintain positive internal customer relations and collaborate with those customers to implement continuous quality improvement techniques and philosophy.
Abide by all Center policies and procedures.
Provide for staff training needs as identified through the staff development plan.
Responsible to maintain positive working relations and rapport with the communities served.
Data Tracking
Track referral data through implementation of a master spreadsheet.
ICWIS case number
Number of individuals referred vs. family unit
Number of adults referred over child/adolescent population.

Which counties which are getting referrals
Time stamp referrals day and year


Education: Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field

Training/Experience: Must have at least one (1) years in working with children-adolescents and their families.

As a Skills Coach/Technician, you are the helping hero that ensures that patient goals are conquered and sustained. You will work with a dynamic clinical and medical team to empower your patients to take care of their body and mind to live a more fulfilling life. As a Skills Coach/Technician, you will be practicing hands-on skills building activities in the areas of emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills. These skills building sessions could be performed in community settings, home settings, and school settings. Bowen provides you with comprehensive toolbox of evidence-based practices to use in partnership with your creative fire.





Logistics:

As a State-Of-the-Art Healthcare Organization and a Federal Contractor Agency – we require all individuals who join Team Bowen to receive a flu shot and COVID vaccine to further protect our staff and the patients we serve. There are options for exemption applications, but approval is not always guaranteed.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Must meet at least one of the following educational requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Associate’s Degree
60 undergraduate college credits
High school diploma/GED with 4 years related experience


Base pay is dependent on education and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree: $16.25 - $19.00/hour
Associate’s Degree: $15.25 - $17.50/hour
$500 Retention Bonus when you hit 9 months of employment!
