CivicSpark AmeriCorps Grants Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical and multi-talented individual with federal grant management experience (preferably AmeriCorps) to join the CivicSpark team as AmeriCorps Grants Administrator. This role reports to the Program Director and coordinates closely with the CivicWell Finance Team on grants, proposals, contracts, budgets, invoices and reports associated with administering the CivicSpark AmeriCorps program. CivicSpark currently operates in three states with plans for expansion in the immediate future, so this position will require an advanced understanding of AmeriCorps grant guidelines, match requirements, application deadlines and key timelines. This position will also be responsible for monitoring and staying up-to-date on AmeriCorps compliance, policies and procedures and training new and existing staff on these requirements.
CivicSpark Program Implementation Manager
This role oversees day-to-day management and implementation of the CivicSpark program, including supervising approximately three to five Regional Coordinators and supporting the placement of between 100 to 200 fellowships through recruitment of both Project Partners and potential Fellows. The Program Implementation Manager also works with the rest of the CivicSpark team, which currently consists of 12 team members and up to 135 fellows, on program management, administration, operations, stakeholder engagement and communications. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to learn and apply new skills. They should also have experience navigating and supporting team dynamics and relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved and build expertise in the areas of program management and development of an AmeriCorps program, particularly in the fields of climate change, water resource management, affordable housing, and mobility.
