The Mental Health Clinical Consultant/Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing clinical consultation and support to Enhanced Care Management (ECM) enrolled clients, as well as conducting individual
therapy, support groups and workshops for assigned cohorts on their caseload. They will also be required to provide proof of clinical supervision with a licensed clinical supervisor if they are unlicensed.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy or a related field, and experience in providing mental health services. They should have strong clinical skills and knowledge, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with a diverse population.
They must have a NPI number, be registered with the BBS, and have malpractice insurance. Licensed clinicians preferred.
Position requires a minimum schedule commitment of 12 hours per week for direct service provision. Direct service provision includes ECM clinical consultation, and individual and group therapy with assigned clinical cohorts. Shifts can be combined with a max of 30 hours per week. Wednesdays are mandatory as virtual staff meetings and team coordination meetings and mandatory clinical training are scheduled on Wednesdays.

The Irth Ambassador Program is an innovative model to activate doulas and other birthworkers as trusted advocates to help capture Irth reviews while providing wrap-around support and benefits.

· Develop community engagement strategies and initiatives, to devise contacts and partnership with local community-based organizations and businesses to promote the Irth App; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community strategies and make recommendations for improvement
· Lead administrative oversight of Bay Area Irth Ambassador Cohort; such as reviewing monthly stipend requirements, processing payroll, event assignment, event promotion, etc.
· Lead & represent Irth at meetings, birth worker events & community events, & serve as a liaison between the organization and community members
