Bilingual Parent Educator
Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley (FRCSCV) would like to develop deeper relationships and connections with local vibrant, growing Hispanic communities. We are looking for a bilingual Parent Educator to work with the Spanish-speaking population. This role involves establishing trusting relationships with families with young children working together to strengthen parent-child relationships, improve parental skills, creating connected, confident, empowered families. The Parent Educator is responsible for assisting program participants in establishing goals and a plan for accomplishment of those goals, as well as the assessment of the normal growth and development of the child.

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on management of the site, and is involved in planning, budgeting, staffing, training, quality assurance, and evaluation. PMs are also responsible for ongoing collaboration with community/state partners, public relations, and maintaining positive working relationships with early childhood partners and providers. Receives regular supervision according to the personnel policies of the agency and in accordance with HFA standards. Providers weekly and ongoing supervision for direct service staff.
