Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Coordinator
KY Department of Agriculture Division and has the following responsibilities: Coordinate on a statewide basis the continuation and expansion/growth of the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SMP) including maintaining program files, updating websites and updating other program information that needs to be disseminated. Schedules and trains Market Managers and Distribution Agencies on the use and acceptance of Kentucky's SFMNP E-Solution benefits. • Review and monitor the E-Solutions online dashboard daily, providing assistance and intervention as required. This includes monitoring the activities of the farmers to be sure they are operating in the approved area and monitor SFMNP participants to ensure they stay compliant with USDA federal guidelines for purchases made with the benefits. . Review Farmers Markets, Farmers and Distribution Agencies on a yearly basis for compliance with USDA regulation and the state plan. • Collect and record program data for program reports and retention in compliance with state and federal program requirements Reconcile daily and monthly producer and county redemption rates and approve invoices. Provide daily technical assistance to Market Managers and Distribution Agencies by conducting farmer application review, senior client application review, reconciliation of SFMNP funding spent on a daily basis, monitoring emails and phone calls pertaining to the SFMNP program on a daily basis. This is a federally funded time-limited (FFTL) position. This means it is a position that is paid entirely as the result of a federal grant. An employee appointed to an FFTL position is required to meet the minimum requirements for the classification. Further, an employee appointed to an FFTL position is designated as an unclassified (non- merit) employee: An FFTL employee is eligible to receive benefits at the same level as a classified (merit) employee in a permanent position.

This is an opportunity to use and gain cross functional skills in loan origination, credit delivery, identifying cross-selling opportunities and carrying out marketing campaigns. Our team members practice high levels of professional communications with the customer during the loan approval process.
As an Account Specialist, you will serve as a first point of contact for our customers. You will first listen to collaborate with our customers applying for credit, requesting servicing needs or renewing operating loans. Serving as a representative of our company, you will provide an excellent customer experience and provide office coverage serving as backup to Financial Officers and other Customer Service roles.
Farm Credit Mid America Our Closing Specialists work closely with our customers to provide communications regarding items needed to close a loan. Team members in this role facilitate loan processing procedures after loan approval to satisfy closing requirements and loan conditions. Closing Specialists partner with our customers to ensure a smooth workflow process from loan approval to loan closing.
As a Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for compliance with all regulations and procedures from loan approval to loan certification. You will collaborate and partner with other Retail Operations team members to provide an excellent customer experience throughout the marketplace. This is an exciting opportunity to not only learn skills as a Closing Specialist but also be cross trained in other team member roles.
