SEAFWA Regional R3 Coordinator
A partnership between SEAFWA, CAHSS, and RBFF The Southeastern Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (SEAFWA) is seeking a Regional Recruitment, Retention, and Reactivation (R3) Coordinator. The primary role of this position is to coordinate regional level R3 efforts through increased partner collaboration in the 15 state, two territory SEAFWA region. Primary responsibilities are focused on hunter, recreational shooter, angler, and boater recruitment, retention, and reactivation efforts.

Region 5 Youth Engagement Coordinator
Ducks Unlimited Grow the organization’s Varsity membership through engagement with youth shooting sports and the FFA.
Promotion of the DU TRAP program to youth shooting sports teams.
Promote DU’s R3 programs with state partners and NGOs to increase youth shooting and hunting participation.
Recruitment of new Varsity (high school) chapters and volunteers to the organization
Increase awareness of Ducks University (collegiate) program and assist in recruitment of volunteers and members into existing chapters
Build and maintain relationships with State Youth and Education Chairs to promote DU’s youth engagement programs

Ducks Unlimited The Illinois Youth Shooting Sports Coordinator position is a part-time position that will focus on promoting DU Team Resource Assistance Program to youth shooting sports team across Illinois. Promotion of the DU TRAP program to youth shooting sports teams will include:
Attending various league’s coaches’ meetings throughout the year. Attending state and regional shooting events Assisting the Region 3 Youth Engagement Coordinator at designated R3 events
