Manages the day-to-day operations of the Jack D. Gordon Institute's Cybersecurity policy programming to meet goals and objectives. Plans, promotes, and manages Cybersecurity policy program activities and courses. Oversees program data, reporting, and provides support to the program team. Coordinates course and conference recruitment, sponsorships, and data collection. Assists the Associate Director in collecting, managing, and analyzing data. Reports program outcomes and progress toward meeting Cybersecurity policy program goals. Serves as a liaison to key stakeholders and partners, including program committees, Division of IT, sponsors, and other institutional partners. Contributes to management strategy and participate in strategic planning, policy development, and other key areas. Evaluates the Strategic Initiative programs and analyze data for quality improvement initiatives. Advises Senior Management on implementing programs, new initiatives, and special projects. Ensures staff compliance with University policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
