Job Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations and objectives of the Cybersecurity program to promote the overall success of the program and meet goals and objectives. Plans, coordinates, manages, and supports the Strategic Initiative programs within the Jack D. Gordon Institute.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Jack D. Gordon Institute's Cybersecurity policy programming to meet goals and objectives.
Plans, promotes, and manages Cybersecurity policy program activities and courses.
Oversees program data, reporting, and provides support to the program team.
Coordinates course and conference recruitment, sponsorships, and data collection.
Assists the Associate Director in collecting, managing, and analyzing data.
Reports program outcomes and progress toward meeting Cybersecurity policy program goals.
Serves as a liaison to key stakeholders and partners, including program committees, Division of IT, sponsors, and other institutional partners.
Contributes to management strategy and participate in strategic planning, policy development, and other key areas.
Evaluates the Strategic Initiative programs and analyze data for quality improvement initiatives.
Advises Senior Management on implementing programs, new initiatives, and special projects.
Ensures staff compliance with University policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Prepares reports and drafts related to Research Initiatives and organizes programmatic logistical needs.
Develops and coordinates new research programming relating to domestic and international cybersecurity policy.
Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing events related to research convening, including but not limited to roundtables, conferences, and external speakers.
Engages with domestic and international partners to collaborate in joint research opportunities.
Drafts collaboration documents to formalize joint research efforts with external domestic and international partners.
Works with the Office of Research and Economic Development to track the status of pending agreements

Women in Leadership - Case Study (Volunteer)

Our team at WWCM partners with Richmond University to empower women seeking to bolster their leadership skills. WWCM is soliciting interest for candidates to participate in a short woman-in-leadership focused case study. ABOUT: The case study will be conducted over the course of several weekends (Aug 05, Aug 12, Aug 19) for 2 hours each Saturday to accommodate the schedules of participants. Discussions will be centered around developing leadership skills needed to be successful as a Woman in Leadership. We will analyze current events, and hurdles to overcome. Towards the end of the course, participants will complete a survey.
