Job Description - Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes: Thorough knowledge of federal employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA Experience (at least 3 years) advising on employment law compliance and human resources policies and protocols (multistate preferred); Experience facilitating the Interactive Process under the ADA; Experience investigating employee complaints; Energetic and creative Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent organizational skills Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Ability to deal with demanding callers and escalations Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and very effective in a team environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (SAP experience a plus); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
