The hubley Support Manager will work closely with the Customer Success team and perform the following essential functions:
•Mentorship •Helps identify and foster areas of growth and personal development. •Shares knowledge and lessons learned from other areas of hubley with the Support Team •Is the voice of the team; sharing team member’s ideas and suggestions with •Executive Leadership •Is responsible for hiring/firing and performance evaluation of Support team •Support Management •Commits to continuous improvement and regularly audits support processes with the goal of building scalable and sustainable practices •Audits tickets and escalates/requests resources as needed •Elevates the voice of the client and advocates for the client in difficult exchanges •Continuous Improvement •Develops key metrics and pain points and presents solutions to Executive Leadership •Suggests internal projects to improve the overall support experience •Works with supporting departments to improve communication/collaboration between support and other areas of hubley
Desired Skills:
•3-5 years of mentorship/management experience (preferably in a technical field) •Experience capturing and using metrics as inputs to improvement •Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, specifically working collaboratively in Teams •Proven experience in client advocacy and/or client relationship building
