Support Manager
hubley is looking for a fun, friendly, and motivated Support Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience building sustainable support systems and measuring the success of changes. The hubley Support Manager will work closely with the Customer Success team and perform the following essential functions:

•Helps identify and foster areas of growth and personal development.

Desired Skills:

•3-5 years of mentorship/management experience (preferably in a technical field)
•Experience capturing and using metrics as inputs to improvement
•Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, specifically working collaboratively in Teams
•Proven experience in client advocacy and/or client relationship building
