With the support of over 400 extraordinarily talented staff, The Resource Exchange serves over 9,000 infants, children, teenagers, adults, and seniors who have a variety of disabilities, delays, mental health or long-term care needs in El Paso, Pueblo, Teller, and Park counties advocating for independence and inclusion using a person-centered approach in coordinating care, promoting choices, and collaborating with community partners.
Provide early intervention services utilizing speech/language and communication expertise, family and community centered practices to ensure families have options in fostering the early development of their child. Must acquire state certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
We are especially looking for those with experience working with DHH children who can be part of the Colorado Home Intervention Program (CHIP) for that population and/or those with experience with AAC.

Work in mobile community-centered environment using electronic and web-based documents and record keeping.

The Business Development Specialist identifies, builds, strengthens, and nourishes key employer partnerships for JFS’ Employment Services (ES) department. This role works closely with all members of the ES management team, tracks and reports all relevant program data and outcomes, and evaluates programmatic success.
