QUALIFICATIONS:

* Architectural Licensure in * 5-8 years of experience in architecture, including 5 years of Project Management experience on multiple projects. Experience in the Educational sector is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative personality. The ability to speak comfortably and present to clients is imperative.
* Excellent writing skills: ability to produce narrative language for existing conditions assessments, feasibility studies, and similar documents

Interior Designer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our designers work closely with members of the project team to design, document, and execute the project through installation. Interior Designers participate in programming, visioning, designing, selecting, documenting interior architectural elements, finishes and furniture. They are involved in business development, client relationships/maintenance, internal team management, vendor relations, product research as well as development of client presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited school
* 5-8 years’ experience with public procurement; K-12 and/or higher education and public safety a plus
* Working knowledge of MSBA’s programming and space planning analysis and area calculation guidelines is helpful
* Familiarity of the architectural design process and integration of interior design concepts

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Licensed or working toward architectural licensure
* 5+ years’ experience in Architectural projects, with minimum 5 years’ experience managing production teams of multiple staff
* 5 years’ production experience in design and drafting using Revit software, possessing an in-depth working knowledge of the current version of the software is required

The ideal candidate excels at teamwork, has a strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude. We are seeking someone who wants to work full-time, year-round, but we would consider seasonal applicants as well.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Perform all tasks assigned by the Equipment Operator or Mason on site.
Work safely and efficiently.
Help with skilled labor as directed.
Unload and load materials.
Remove, infill or compact soil and gravel.
Perform site clean-up.
What you bring:
A willingness to learn.
Punctuality and reliability.
A reliable vehicle that can get you to our Ferrisburgh shop or a jobsite.
The ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
The desire to work well with others on a construction site.
Experience on a construction site is preferred but not required.
What Birdseye Offers:
This is a 40-50 hour/week, Monday – Friday position, with the ability to earn overtime pay.
Pay range: $18-$23/hour depending on experience.
