QUALIFICATIONS:

* Architectural Licensure in * 5-8 years of experience in architecture, including 5 years of Project Management experience on multiple projects.  Experience in the Educational sector is preferred. 
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative personality.  The ability to speak comfortably and present to clients is imperative.
* Excellent writing skills: ability to produce narrative language for existing conditions assessments, feasibility studies, and similar documents
* Excellent organizational skills
* Familiarity with Massachusetts Public Bidding laws (Massachusetts MCPPO certification preferred)

Interior Designer

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited school
* 5-8 years’ experience with public procurement; K-12 and/or higher education and public safety a plus
* Working knowledge of MSBA’s programming and space planning analysis and area calculation guidelines is helpful
* Familiarity of the architectural design process and integration of interior design concepts
* Working knowledge of local and national building codes
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point), Revit and Photoshop. Bluebeam knowledge a plus.
* Ability to present and be in front of clients independently

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Licensed or working toward architectural licensure
* 5+ years’ experience in Architectural projects, with minimum 5 years’ experience managing production teams of multiple staff
* 5 years’ production experience in design and drafting using Revit software, possessing an in-depth working knowledge of the current version of the software is required
* Excellent communications skills and proactive interaction with others.  Ability to deal with multiple personality types and mentor others on the production team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

What Birdseye Offers:

This is a 40-50 hour/week, Monday – Friday position, with the ability to earn overtime pay.

Pay range: $18-$23/hour depending on experience.
