Responsibilities include but are not limited to player development, recruiting, NCAA and USA South rules and regulations, compliance, administrative duties, overseeing the daily operations of the program which include, administration, direction, supervision and leadership of NCAA Division III varsity women’s team.
Join a successful athletic department operating in a family atmosphere while building a program. A recently added artificial turf field is home to only women’s lacrosse and football.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, a minimum of two years of coaching or playing experience at the college level, ability to recruit and evaluate talent, strong organizational and public relations skills. Other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics.
