General summary: Looking for a quality, organised, detailed oriented leader to take on procurement of new homes and inventory management for a growing organisation. This role would work under the guidance of our home sales division. Candidate selected will be responsible for a high level of collaboration and communication between manufacturers, transporters and our regional/community managers to ensure flawless execution from ordering through delivery. Responsible for frequent managing of all new and used inventory in our property management software system.
Communicate with managers to collect details
on warranty issues and provide required photos and paperwork to manufacturers for claims.
