The primary focus for the Social Media Manager will be increasing engagement of undergraduate and graduate student populations while using social media and other digital tools. This person will create and manage a digital content plan and editorial calendar using various social media channels associated with UMKC Admissions department. These will also include Customer Relationship Management (CRM) communications and Admissions related website updates all viewed through a recruitment lens and student audiences.
