Qualifications
Minimum of two – three years tax return preparation experience Minimum two years accounting or bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures Self-motivated; maintains accuracy and attention to detail; quick learner and efficient worker Must place a high value on good client service and manage deliverables while keeping client matters strictly confidential Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written The successful candidate is a person of high moral character with developed social skills who is not intimidated by networking
Technology
Proficient in PC usage including typing and 10-key by touch Microsoft Office Word and Excel Hands on experience with both QuickBooks Desktop and Online versions CCH Access Tax, Fixed Assets, Planning and Engagement
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance field preferred CPA certification preferred
