A Customer Engineer is the primary technical consultant for one or more customers. They provide technical assistance, including troubleshooting and developing upon the CAD/AVL systems clients currently in use. They must keep up to date on the latest technological developments in order to better advise transit agencies on the most effective way to utilize the software and its associated hardware.

Reporting to the Group Leader, our VP, Finance role leads and manages all financial aspects for the group unit and supports 4 business units. The Group VP Finance will have overall responsibility for the financial operations of the group, including finance and accounting, compliance with statutory requirements, corporate governance, risk management, and legal for the businesses. Additionally, you will be required to take on an Integration Finance Manager role to oversee business integration activities for newly acquired entities in the market.
de Novo Marketing The account coordinator generally provides assistance to the account managers in the day-to-day management of accounts and develops the necessary skills to advance to the position... of account manager. Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
Provides administrative assistance to account managers on day-to-day client activities, including responding to client communications, production and creative deadlines, media placements, etc., to ensure the continued progress of client workflow in the absence of the assigned account manager. Stays aware of client activities to provide backup when account managers are unavailable. Gathers and assembles background information and analyses as needed by account manager in development of briefs, etc. Provides input in planning stages as requested by account managers. Assists in writing copy, ideation, proofing final copy, developing agendas, quotes, correspondence and other materials related to account service, and preparing the above for client presentations. Sees that all work completes the standard agency approval process before being reviewed by clients or turned over to suppliers. Opens projects in Workamajig and works to establish and assign timelines and tasks for involved team members, sets up server files for approvals, copy, forms and documents. Makes sure all media and projects proceed according to plan and deadlines, drawing attention of account managers to potential problems before they occur. By account manager request, takes minutes at meetings, prepares and distributes client meeting reports and/or monthly reporting. Help account managers prepare for in-person meetings hosted at de Novo, or at client locations by ensuring technology is ready/working, and any other elements that support the client experience are prepared and ready.
