Are you the detail-oriented superstar who can make the mortgage magic happen? We're on the lookout for someone who can handle... the ins and outs of mortgage processing with finesse, speed, and a smile. You'll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Rocking:
Application Processing: Grab all the necessary documentation from borrowers; including income, job history, credit reports, and property details. Double-check and validate loan estimates and ensure every application is spot on.
Loan Documentation: Get all the paperwork ready for the underwriting team. Stay on top of regulatory requirements and internal policies. Keep super organized records of every loan file and prepare all the documents for timely disclosures and closings.
Communication: Keep in touch with credit bureaus, employers, real estate agents, insurance companies, and other key players. Provide updates, request additional information, and address any questions or concerns quickly to get the final loan approval.
Compliance: Make sure we’re always playing by the rules and following all regulations. Ensure disclosures (initial, re-disclosures, and closing) are delivered on time, every time.
Who We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in mortgage lending, loan processing, or related role within a financial institution. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and accuracy in times of high volume. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in customer service, providing a positive, clear process regardless of complexity. Ability to take notes and retain information.

Who We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 6-10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a mid to senior role. • Must have high proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MVC/MVVC, and familiarity with various JavaScript frameworks. Experience with Azure cloud platform, API design and integration, as well as Microsoft SQL. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of system architecture, security best practices, and troubleshooting/debugging techniques.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Member Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with credit union members. Provide personalized service, understand their financial needs, and offer Unconventional guidance and support, by identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services to deepen member relationships.
Sales and Cross-Selling – Promote and sell various financial products and services offered by the credit union, such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance. Identify opportunities for cross-selling based on the member’s needs.
