The goal of OTTAC is to strengthen the healthcare and behavioral health workforce in Illinois. These partnerships will amplify statewide efforts to address OUD and COD, enhance behavioral health services, and foster workforce growth, prioritizing equity and cultural responsiveness.

This position will manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of the OTTAC program and services. Responsibilities include acting as grant administrator to manage and provide oversight of all OTTAC training programs, Mental Health Initiatives, as well as any new program related grants or program initiatives.


Manager, OTTAC


This position will oversee planning and implementation of training and technical Assistance for the OTTAC grant. This role will work with our partners, subawardees, and contractors. They will provide direct supervision to the OTTAC Training & TA Specialists.


OTTAC Training & TA Specialist (3 positions available)

This position will perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks to address the specific learning and professional development needs of healthcare sites, providers and organizations who deliver prevention, treatment, and recovery services. This position coordinates and delivers training, events, and technical assistance services.

These are full-time, FLSA-exempt positions. We have locations in both Chicago and Springfield, however, remote options are available.
