Assist with natural resource programs and monitoring as directed by appropriate natural resource lead (i.e. recreation facilities maintenance, customer service, Land Use Management Plan enforcement, cultural resources, facility reservations, etc.). Perform enhancement and maintenance activities on Avista lands including vegetation maintenance (grass, trees, shrubs), noxious weed control, grass seeding, sign and fence repair/replacement. Maintain and sanitize restrooms and other facilities at Avista recreation sites. Perform litter pickup at trailheads, overlooks, and recreational facilities. Assist with field reconnaissance associated with issuance of recreation permits on Avista lands. Provide information to visitors and customers as needed.
