Responsibilities Will Include: Oversee, train, lead, complete performance evaluations and schedule team of Direct Support Professionals
Assure all services provided are in compliance with our policies, the individual's plan and all state rules for the assigned individuals
Provide supervision and support to individuals in community settings. Ensuring a healthy, clean and safe living environment. Acting as an advocate while safeguarding the dignity and independence of the people we serve
Remain on-call for individual or Direct Support Professional needs
Communicate and coordinate services within our agency and with multiple outside agencies
Candidates are required to have: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competent computer skills including, but not limited to, word processing, email, utilizing computer programs and accessing internet applications
High school diploma or GED
Reliable, safe transportation
Valid automobile insurance with 3 or fewer points on drivers license. Employees are required to use their own car to transport clients and receive mileage reimbursement while performing responsibilities.
2 years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, and a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Candidates are also subject to a criminal background check and drug testing.

Maintaining productive working relationships and communication with external and internal stakeholders. Overseeing recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.
