Clear Skies Ahead provides residential support for people with developmental disabilities in their homes. We have clients who live all over Trumbull and Geauga counties. This position is in Geauga County.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Oversee, train, lead, complete performance evaluations and schedule team of Direct Support Professionals
Assure all services provided are in compliance with our policies, the individual's plan and all state rules for the assigned individuals
Provide supervision and support to individuals in community settings. Ensuring a healthy, clean and safe living environment. Acting as an advocate while safeguarding the dignity and independence of the people we serve
Remain on-call for individual or Direct Support Professional needs
Communicate and coordinate services within our agency and with multiple outside agencies
Candidates are required to have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competent computer skills including, but not limited to, word processing, email, utilizing computer programs and accessing internet applications
High school diploma or GED
Reliable, safe transportation
Valid automobile insurance with 3 or fewer points on drivers license. Employees are required to use their own car to transport clients and receive mileage reimbursement while performing responsibilities.
2 years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, and a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Candidates are also subject to a criminal background check and drug testing.
Salary: $700.00 - $760.00 per week

The Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) program offers support to children and adults who have both a serious mental illness and a developmental disability. Participants receive counseling, physical healthcare, support finding housing, assistance during crises, and help dealing with other issues in their daily lives.
The Case Manager provides information and care coordination during the Initial Treatment Team Meeting, and 30-day ITT meetings thereafter; care coordination activities are deliberated with individuals served and their supports.

Collecting, evaluating, and presenting behavioral data through a functional behavioral assessment process.
