Father Joe's Villages The Director of Philanthropy, Data and Analytics is a leader in philanthropic data integrity, data analysis and data strategy for the organization. The Director oversees and manag... es the organization’s Raiser’s Edge NXT database. Other platforms under the Director’s purview include, but are not limited to iWave, Asana, Classy, Omatic, and WealthEngine. The Director manages a large, proprietary database of more than 600,000 donor records and ensures data and system integrity by developing and implementing clear policies and procedures throughout the data management process. The Director provides timely donor reports, dashboards, gift summaries and other pertinent reports to the Philanthropy team, Chief Philanthropy Officer, CEO/Leadership team, and works closely with the Finance department to ensure balance between the Philanthropy database and financials.
