Shift/Schedule: 21 - 28 hours/week
Position Summary
The Crisis Stabilizer is responsible for maintaining a presence at our Willy Street location and providing security to the building by monitoring access to the building during evening hours. They serve as a point of contact for building residents, direct clients to appropriate personnel, distribute information, respond to resident queries and complaints in a trauma informed manner, investigate disturbances, respond to emergency situations, and complete the appropriate documentation.
This position will also meet one-on-one with residents at the SRO for case management and service coordination as well as help with providing individualized and intensive support, including goal setting and assistance with enrolling in appropriate benefits and services.
