Women's Environment & Development Organization (WEDO) The Gender and Environment Data Alliance (GEDA) is a new initiative to improve availability, accessibility, understanding, and application of quality and robust data and informati... on at the gender and environment nexus. Co-convened by the Women's Environment and Development Organisation (WEDO) and IUCN on behalf of 17 founding members, GEDA seeks to compile and amplify existing gender data and research and to identify gaps. GEDA's ultimate aim is to advance gender-just climate and environmental action by catalyzing and scaling the analysis and use of gender-disaggregated data and intersectional analysis. GEDA is hiring a Technical Guidance and Data Mapping consultant, for part-time, remote work from August-December 2022 (or thereabouts).
