Drury's MIT program gives recent college graduates real-world hotel experience by placing them at one of our 20+ training hotels across the U.S. Trainees report directly to the hotel general manager and will be assigned a mentor for the duration of the program. The four-month program will give trainees experience in all aspects of hotel operations including: guest service, management, night audit, laundry and housekeeping, food and beverage and administration.
Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be offered a management position which best matches their strengths.

Work alongside a successful Territory Manager to learn customers' operations, understand their cleaning challenges, and devise solutions to meet their needs Gain exposure to the entire hospitality industry including hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, and dining facilities through valuable hands-on experience Work with a wide customer base including large corporate chains as well as independent, single-unit organizations Learn how to successfully prospect to find new leads, set-up new accounts, and generate new business for the territory Receive training on how to provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting Ecolab dish machines, dispensing systems, and laundry equipment Basic Qualifications: Anticipated graduation date of December 2020 or May/June 2021 Must be able to lift and/or carry 50 pounds A valid driver's license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and access to a personal vehicle.
