Responsibilities
Maintain client contact, providing timely updates Extensive experience with billing Be responsible for the development and maintenance of their own client base Proactively and efficiently manage cases and own docket Outstanding ability to document case progress Analyze client documents and document production Draft, edit, and review pleadings, Temporary Orders, Decrees, and other legal documents. Meet with mentoring attorneys to regularly share information and define strategy. Efficiently conduct hearings and jury and non-jury trials Participate in marketing activities to promote the Firm and professional development Practice in accordance with the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and consistent with office standards of practice
