We are looking for a Facility Administrator to provide daily managerial oversight of our River Bridge SRTF in Eugene, Oregon. The Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall operations and success of the program, and must be able to coordinate and maintain a professional relationship with ColumbiaCare employees, the State of Oregon, and other professional agencies providing services. The Facility Administrator is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date personnel, client, and program records, including the accounting of client and facility funds, training and activity records, and medical and health supports.



The Facility Administrator supervises and evaluates staff and is responsible for staff scheduling to ensure adequate client supervision and support. They must be knowledgeable about personnel policies, OAR, and the applicable rules and standards of other regulatory agencies such as OSHA. Work is primarily performed at the program, but administrators must be accessible by phone for emergency purposes. This position is required to be on call at times, which can include working weekends and some overtime and overnight shifts if there is a business need.
About the Program
River Bridge (at the Heeran Center) is a 16-bed, Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) located in Eugene, Oregon. Clients who are affected by severe and persistent mental illness receive quality treatment, stabilization and work towards recovery. The River Bridge program serves 8 adults under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB), and another 8 adults that are under civil commitment.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHA employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.
