KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with all other business departments to produce creative material to consistently promote upcoming Phantoms games and other arena events
Lead the strategy, planning and execution of the Phantoms game night experience that provides unparalleled memories for all in attendance
Oversee the live and video production teams to create and deliver a world class event experience
Collaborate with ticket sales and sponsorship teams to maximize the effectiveness of the fan and sponsorship activations in-game.
Manage the Organizations creative requests (currently use Trello)
Work with Senior Leadership to collectively formulate a plan to harness and enhance the “Phandom” associated with the Phantoms Hockey Team
Be a passionate advocate to grow the Organization’s Community presence.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners & vendors.
Provide direction and proper coaching to all entertainers and game night staff to ensure every contest, performance, and sponsored element is properly executed.
Provide direction and proper coaching to video production & graphic design team to ensure that timelines are met

The Video Producer is primarily responsible for editorial video content for the Vegas Golden Knights through creative story telling. This person will perform video shoots, develop story ideas and produce unique content with the goal of entertaining fans across all media platforms as well as in-arena entertainment. This position will involve non-traditional work hours and travel during the season. Upon occasion, this person will work on video projects for other entities within the Foley Entertainment Group.
