OPPORTUNITIES
Must have at least two years of acute care RN experience in Emergency, ICU, PACU, PCU or Stepdown and maintain current Florida RN license and BLS/Healthcare Provider certification. ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required based on the appropriate certification for the patient population.

In exchange for work location flexibility amongst the multiple hospital sites and range of flexing to work lower acuity when necessary, the Float Nurses will receive a higher rate of pay and enjoy 100% self-scheduling.

ROLES
FULL TIME, PART TIME and PER DIEM (PRN) – Day, Evening and Night shifts available. This role consists of competitive base pay or flat rate, shift differentials and incentive pay.
SEASONAL– Assignment begins January 2020 and runs for 13 weeks. Must commit to being available 36 hours per week and 14 weekend shifts over a 13 week period (hours worked are based on census) Day, Evening and Night shifts available. Premium pay of $45/hr with a Commitment Bonus paid at the end of assignments.

NOTE: Current OH/affiliate team members are not eligible to participate. Must live outside of a 35 mile radius of the ORMC downtown campus.
