This position has several work locations including in a residential facility or in one of our community based locations (outpatient setting, in-home services and school sites).
Using the Teaching Family Model, provide behavioral health interventions and teach skill development including effective communication, positive social interaction, problem solving, decision making and anger management to families, individual clients and groups as defined in the treatment plans.

Clinician (Unlicensed or Licensed)
Juneau Youth Services
This position provides individual, family and group therapy services in a program providing services to youth and their families experiencing significant emotional or behavioral difficulties. We provide services in either our residential facilities or in the our community based programs.
The clinician is responsible for developing and directing all treatment planning and treatment service delivery, in collaboration with the treatment team. A key accountability for this position is to attain a high level of productivity in clinical and treatment services. Additionally all staff are trained in the Teaching Family Model to provide strength-based treatment and behavioral interventions.
