Director of Operations

ATN is seeking a qualified person to serve the agency as Director
of Operations. The Director of Operations will serve as a key member of the AncoraTN
Leadership Team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone mission-driven that is highly
skilled in project management and non-profit administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and provide support to the HR & DEI Generalist, Property Supervisor,
and Office Coordinator
• Assist CEO and Executive Leadership Team with the buildout of a Survivor
Restoration Campus, including communication with vendors, securing contracts,
and collaborating with the Project Planning Committee.
• Supervise the project management of state grants and building projects.
• Ensure a current technology infrastructure to support the operations and growth
of the organization.
• Coordinate with the HR & DEI Manager to oversee the performance
management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for
the organization.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and manage individual professional
development plans for staff.

Youth Care Coordinator (CSEC)

The Survivor Care Coordinator will provide services to minor victims of human trafficking and their families in Middle Tennessee. Services include crisis stabilization, case management, and linkage to critical services through collaborative partnerships.
Provides case management, advocacy, and education for youth and their family system using person-centered relational skills, leveraging peer networks and community resources to help navigate the complexities of the human trafficking experience.
• Comply with agency policy and procedures, maintaining all required
documentation, including reporting for grants, in a professional and timely manner.
Work closely with the ATN clinical team to ensure trafficked youth have access to trauma-informed mental health services.
• Respond on-scene (law enforcement, healthcare) to provide crisis intervention and victim advocacy while offering long-term community-based services to youth and caregiver.
• Communicates, coordinates, and works closely with law enforcement,
department of children services and other state and local agencies,
collaborative partners, and multi-disciplinary team members for case
management and response.
Communicating, conferring with, and coordinating care for clients with other direct services team members.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; researching best practices; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Prevention Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: The Prevention Specialist will provide services to minor victims of human trafficking and youth at-risk of being trafficked throughout Middle Tennessee.
Services include crisis stabilization, one-on-one prevention sessions, and group programming in collaboration with strategic partnerships.
Provides prevention, advocacy, and education for youth and their family system using person-centered relational skills, leveraging peer networks and community resources to help navigate the complexities of the human trafficking experience.
• Comply with agency policy and procedures, maintaining all required
documentation, including reporting for grants, in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with the clinical team and care coordinator to ensure trafficked youth have access to trauma-informed mental health services.
• Communicates, coordinates, and works closely with law enforcement, department of children services and other state and local agencies,
collaborative partners, and multi-disciplinary team members for effective services.

Overnight Resident Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: The Resident Coordinator will provide services to survivors of human trafficking in Middle Tennessee utilizing End Slavery Tennessee in-house services, contacts, community service providers and other collaborations.
*** Due to the sensitivities of our clientele, this position is open to women only. ***
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring the houses for issues that may arise and provide the first level of supervision and support for the homes.
• Ensuring chore lists are made and houses are kept clean.
• Dispensing medications for safe house clients.
• Providing additional support and supervision to Resident Staff.
• Calling and informing on-call staff when there is an emergency situation,
• Maintaining order in the homes as much as possible and using appropriate de-escalation techniques.
• Helping assist in welcoming new residents and coordinating with Intervention Coordinator and Survivor Care Coordinators to make sure new residents are welcomed appropriately.
• Manage after hour programming for the safe house (groups, classes, transport from individual houses to groups, troubleshooting issues in-house, maintaining safety at the home).
• Hold house meetings weekly with staff and survivors. Manage interpersonal conflict and create solutions with clients using a strengths-based approach.

Resident Support Staff

POSITION SUMMARY: The Resident support staff will provide services to survivors of
human trafficking in Middle Tennessee utilizing AncoraTN in-house services, contacts,
community service providers and other collaborations.
*** Due to the sensitivities of our residents, this position is open to women only. ***
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring the houses for issues that may arise and provide the first level of supervision and support for the homes.
• Oversee completion of chores. Completing chore checks each night to ensure the house is being kept clean.
• Calling and informing on-call staff when there may be a possible issue (when someone comes in late, when someone appears to the influence, when there is an emergency situation, etc.)
• Maintaining order in the homes as much as possible and using appropriate de-escalation techniques. Resident support staff will be responsible for alerting on-call staff when an issue begins to escalate.
• Helping assist in welcoming new residents and coordinating with Intervention Coordinator and Survivor Care Coordinators to make sure new residents are welcomed appropriately.
• Monitoring basic house needs (food, toiletries, etc.).• Complying with agency policy and procedures, maintaining all required
documentation, including reporting for grants, in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicating, conferring with, and coordinating care for residents with other direct services team members.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Resident Manager, Resident Coordinator and/or the Director of Survivor Care

Transportation Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: The Transportation Specialist will provide transportation services to human trafficking survivors in Middle Tennessee utilizing ATN owned vehicles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Transporting human trafficking survivors to various appointments throughout Nashville and surrounding communities in the Middle Tennessee service area.
• Complying with agency policy and procedures, maintaining all required documentation (including reporting for grants) in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicating, conferring with, and coordinating the needs of our clients with the Care Coordinator Supervisor and the other direct services team members.
• Maintaining and overseeing transportation calendar to make sure client needs are coordinated and prioritized.
• Maintaining and overseeing vehicle maintenance and registration for ATN transport vehicles.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Director of Survivor Care.
The work of aftercare is diverse and complex, including a broad range of activities and frequently changing conditions, situations, and problems. The Transportation Specialist must be able to analyze problems and make prudent decisions while interpreting a variety of factors, problems and alternative methods and procedures, and know when to bring in counsel from their supervisor.
The Transportation Specialist must be willing and able to work in a trauma-informed, strengths-based culture and to make good, contextualized decisions.
