The Case Manager recruits, enrolls and case manages disadvantaged youth, ages 16-24. This includes supporting clients in developing individualized plans to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in the workforce through job training and career development. They also assist these individuals with overcoming employment barriers, connect them with community support resources, and monitor their progress.

Finance Administrator

SUMMARY
The position will support the efficient operations of the Organization’s administrative, management and
financial functions. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead and administer key functional
processes that directly impact the effective operation of the organization.
This position provides financial and administrative support to the management team. The Finance Administrator is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of PPP and assisting the Executive
Director with managing the organization’s personnel functions and duties.
The position requires attention to detail, managing priorities and meeting deadlines. The Finance Administrator leads and manages the organization’s accounts and payroll management and financial
reporting.
The most qualified candidate for this role will have experience assisting within a customer service environment. This position also requires understanding of office productivity applications such as
Microsoft Office suite and Windows operation systems.

Grooming Instructor

SUMMARY
This is a vocational education position that teaches individuals housed at WCCW grooming techniques to obtain certifications up to Master Groomer level and provides grooming services for the community.

Pet Care Technician (4 positions)

SUMMARY
This position maintains the health and safety of all animals under PPP care including, but not limited to, animal feeding, medication administration, facilitating enrichment and exercise activities, and cleaning kennels. It is also a vocational education position that provides teaching instruction to those housed at WCCW.

Mental Health Therapist (FBH Clinician III)
Family Behavioral Health (Catholic Community Services)
We provide family-oriented, strength-based mental health services for children and families in their own home and community (as well as through telehealth as appropriate). Clinicians work flexible schedules, based on the needs of those we serve. This unique way of working allows Therapists the opportunity to offer a high level of collaboration, coordination and intensive behavior health services while allowing for creativity and needs-driven services. Emphasis is on achieving incredible outcomes with children, youth and families by actively partnering with them along with their natural and community services and supports to achieve long-term safety and stability within each family as well as our neighborhoods and communities.

FBH Peer Counselor (Youth Partner)

CPC (Youth Partners) collaborate, provide support and help facilitate services for youth and their families receiving Family Behavioral Health Services. Working as a member of a team, the Youth Partner helps a youth voice their own perspective and assure that other team members are able to understand their perspective and use that perspective in treatment planning. This position helps youth, parents and families achieve confidence in their abilities to team on a recovery journey and maintain hope for their success after formal behavioral health services have been completed.
