WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Assist in designing and implementing corporate IT and infrastructure security solutions
Be a strategic thinker and bring new technologies to meet the business’ needs
Monitor systems and conduct various security operations
Help build solutions for automated detection and response to incidents
Document processes for all IT and Infrastructure program to ensure highest security compliance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Exposure to Firewall/VPN, IPS/IDS, Email Security, Penetration Tests, AV, EDR, SIEM, MDM, DLP, IAM
Knowledge of operating systems: MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android Interest in cloud solutions and features specifically AWS or GCP
Knowledge in security concepts, techniques, tools, methods and practices, and the ability to successfully implement them in both business processes and technology
Ability to foster collaborative, open and working relationships with technology and other stakeholders
Interest in helping build and implement security operations policies, processes, standards and procedures
Demonstrated ability to show initiative to drive progress and improvement

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will work with a team of data engineers and scientists who use data to drive Ripple’s strategy and success. The entire data team works collaboratively and is a strong partner for teams across the company. You will get to meet and learn from diverse and talented colleagues.
Data engineering candidates will help build our data platform and services, focusing on new data sources, data governance, self-service and quality.
Data science and analytics candidates will dive in on high priority initiatives, including liquidity strategies for RippleNet products and defining new performance metrics for the RippleNet network.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or in a graduate program
Data Engineering candidates have experience with Java, SQL and familiarity with big data tools.
Data science and analytics candidates have a solid understanding of statistical concepts (eg significance, distributions etc), plus experience with SQL, python/R and data visualization tools.
