We’re recruiting a PA, NP, MD, or DO to support t... hese integral services for the Southern Humboldt Community. The medical provider, accompanied by a Medical Assistant and two Outreach Workers, will provide primary health care services to homeless populations in the areas where they live. The goal is to reach at least 10 PHC patients per clinic day. 1. Schedule: 1-2 days per month from 9:00-4:00 (starting in August 2023 through Oct. 2023 with potential to extend) 2.
