The ideal candidate is a highly competitive hunter that thrives in a very fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable reaching out to about 50 targets per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities and develop them in direct revenue sources through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Prospecting via thorough research on business background and other pertinent lead information. Assist in the quoting and pricing aspects of projects. Identify client's buying trends and provide reports to management Work with Sales Coordinator to assist in their responsibilities Assist walk in customers in selection of materials and completion of their project Stay on top on industry design trends and news Develop a solid industry network Enter, update, and maintain CRM database on leads, prospects, and opportunities Have a good understanding of company's products and services
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience A minimum of 2 years experience in Architecture-Design/Build industry. Familiar with outreach on Designers, Architects, Builders, contractors and developers. Impeccable Customer Service mindset, "go the extra mile with a smile." Excellent written and verbal communication skills! Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

The Projects Estimator will need to break down materials in Architectual plans such as but not limited by; countertops, (back) splashes, edge details, fireplaces and general area's to name a few.
Must be able to work with high volume workload and meet deadlines!
Purpose & Objectives: Prepare accurate, timely take-offs for potential jobs using Blue Beam software Knowledge of design requirements and materials; use expertise to prepare accurate and competitive proposals Review and understand scope of work and project specifications Analyze (blueprint) drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare estimates for our products, projects and services Compute factors and prepare estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work; determining cost effectiveness and preparing bids. Seek to constantly gain knowledge and improve ability to efficiently estimate all company products and services Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Effective communication – Ability to convey information, concepts and concerns to Management with differing communication styles Language skills – Ability to read, analyze and interpret: Industry related jargon. Written communication – Able to read and interpret written information as well as proper writing skills.
