Job Description

The Process Engineer supports the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager in the overall operation of the main plant; reviewing and analyzing day to day production operations and processes. This role investigates, recommends, communicates and implements new programs for process and system’s improvement; assisting in executing methodology for discovering and analyzing new technology development or machine relevant to the Company’s manufacturing processes.


- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering) or equivalent.
- With 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering in Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of PLC Programming, can do Computer Aided Design
- Excellent communicator both verbally or in writing
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Willing to work from Monday-Saturday and report fully on-site at Bagumbayan, Taguig.
Procurement Officer

The Procurement Officer is responsible for the end-to-end strategic sourcing, procure-to-pay process, contract and supplier management. S/He will follow purchasing procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory, order management and market analysis.

- Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any equivalent course
- With at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement is required for this position, coming from Manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge and command of general procurement practices including RFP processes, vendor, and contract management
- Excellent oral and written communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to think and operate strategically and manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of staff in the organization and external stakeholders
- Ability to prepare professional quality reports, analytical documents, and business cases
- Must be willing to work on-site from 8am-5pm Mon- Sat in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.

- Assists in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs in the organization
- Administers first aid treatment and takes the blood pressure of employees.
- Interprets and evaluates diagnostics based on the verification of medical certificate
- Assists doctor on duty, if needed
- Ensures compliance and submission of related documentation to dole such as annual exposure data report, accident/ illness report, annual medical report, work accidents, and other related reports
- Responsible for dispensing medicine, taking first aid procedures to the employees if needed
- Monitoring and inventory all medical supplies

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be a registered nurse and with an updated PRC card
- With training and/or background in Standard First Aid and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
- With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
Accounting Officer

Accounting Officer - Inventory Management
- Participates in periodic inventory count – cycle and annual count;
- Assist Inventory team in creating inventory control protocols and procedures.
- Investigates inventory errors and books adjusting/correcting entries
- Validates accuracy of inventory costing thru checking of the landed cost computation;
- Manage and execute analysis and reconciliations of inventory accounts
- Verifies requests for inventory adjustments before they are booked including witnessing disposals of damaged and expired stocks;
- Generates inventory reports and analyzes variances and unusual transactions/occurrences, if any, particularly those relating to shrinkages. Raises significant findings to Business Unit Controller and coordinates this with concerned departments e.g. Warehouse,
- Helps provides inventory report for BIR (annual) and Insurance (quarterly).
