Data Collector, Regional Health Survey

We are looking for Data Collectors to join our team to support the First Nations Regional Health Survey in our Community Health & Wellness team!

The First Nations Regional Health Survey (RHS) is the only First Nations governed national health survey in Canada. It collects information about on-reserve and northern First Nations communities based on both Western and traditional understandings of health and well-being. This survey will be conducted primarily online and by telephone.

Reporting to the Regional Field Supervisor, the Data Collectors implement the RHS by engaging participants on reserve and collecting data according to the methods requested by community leadership. This position will be part-time (18.75hr/week).

Director, Analytics & Financial Management

The Director of Analytics and Financial Management provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of data management, analytics, reporting and financial management as they pertain to the innovative, efficient and sustainable delivery of Health Benefits programs and services.

The Director provides leadership in the fields of data analytics, modeling and business intelligence, and drives implementation of leading edge data analytics that support efficient and effective service delivery, cost management, and health data reporting.


The role also provides quantitative performance feedback to Health Benefits teams in order to improve services to FNHA clients and overall sustainability of the program. What You’ll Do: The Operations Administrator works closely with our Senior Operations Administrator to handle all things administration that keep the mill running smoothly. This role in particular has a focus on Payroll/Time Keeping administration, HR as well as supporting Accounts Payable.

Who You Are: This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in administration who is looking to continue developing their skills in a new environment. You excel at tasks that involve strong attention to detail, are a self-starter, and you can keep yourself organized in a high volume, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll (but we are also willing to train the right fit) and must have a can-do attitude and teamwork mindset.

Working Environment: This position is based out of our Chemainus Sawmill Administration Office. As this role handles a high volume of paper coming in and out, the individual will be working from the office full time.
